We feel very let down by Booths.We cooked a boneless pork belly with maple & bourbon glaze according to the instructions. The pork was undercooked & not ready for us to eat. We know pork has to be well cooked & put it back in the oven for a further 30 minutes!We thought Booths was trustworthy & their meat was good. Someone somewhere doesn't know how to cook!
