I went to Boots Hearing center in Bromley Kent with my 82 year old Mum. She had been having lots of problems with her hearing aid and no one seemed to be able to help. We saw a wonderful man called Mohammed Hussain, he was super helpful, kind, clear speaking with enthusiastic knowledge to help us, he explained the options clearly and improved my Mums hearing immediately. This was such a relief for my Mum that it brought her to tears. Hearing in older people is so important for quality of life and feeling part of the community and social circles. Mohammed made this possible and helped my Mum with so much empathy and understanding it was a delight to meet him. Thank you Mohammed, so grateful, this has changed my Mums world. :)
