I went to Boots Hearing center in Bromley Kent with my 82 year old Mum. She had been having lots of problems with her hearing aid and no one seemed to be able to help. We saw a wonderful man called Mohammed Hussain, he was super helpful, kind, clear speaking with enthusiastic knowledge to help us, he explained the options clearly and improved my Mums hearing immediately. This was such a relief for my Mum that it brought her to tears. Hearing in older people is so important for quality of life and feeling part of the community and social circles. Mohammed made this possible and helped my Mum with so much empathy and understanding it was a delight to meet him. Thank you Mohammed, so grateful, this has changed my Mums world. :)
I decided to trial an updated version of my Phonak hearing aids . Ashley at knutsford is my audiologist and by her technical knowledge , expertise and attention to detail she has achieved a significant improvement in my hearing capability . She really works hard to understand your feedback then effect improvements and solutions .
She combines a cheery , supportive manner , with a dogged determination to get things right . She’s a real star
I had my earring test with Karishma who put me at ease immediately, she talked me through all stages of the test, once the test was finished she went through the results and explained what they all meant then explained all my options. Very professional and polite.
Roshni is always helpful and with a smile.She is very thorough and clearly explains the process and the results.
The available options are set out and whilst she makes recommendations is never pushy.

Angela at pontefract boots hearing goes way beyond with her lovely caring nature. She really does care about your hearing . My mould had broken and she is making me another even though it's not part of the guarantee. She truly is an asset to the boots hearing team . I have a heart condition and COPD, and on December 31st, I was denied all my medications because I lacked photo ID. After 11 days without any meds, I ended up in the hospital, all due to an unprofessional pharmacist. There's no point in reaching out to me since you already have my contact information, and it's clear that my concerns are not valued. I was not allowed to file a complaint or speak with a manager. This has been the worst experience I've ever had, and it put my life at risk. I've already shared my story, so further discussion seems unnecessary.
During our visit with my mother, the representative was fantastic. They took great care of my mum, demonstrating professionalism and thoroughly explaining everything about her new hearing aids. I visited this morning to file a complaint because I was denied my medication without photo ID. I have completely run out of all my heart medications, and I didn't think it was worth requesting refills since I lack photo ID. Despite my request, I was not allowed to speak with the manager, nor was I able to file a complaint.
For the past nine years, I have relied on the company for my hearing needs, and the team continually impresses me with their help and professionalism. One representative, in particular, excels in providing exceptional care and support, making the experience much more comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this representative to anyone who may feel anxious about their visit.
