The winter flu jab service is appalling. Last year I booked a number of appointments, all of which ended up being cancelled at short notice. I ended up going elsewhere and paying, despite having a corporate voucher through work which meant I didn’t have to pay. Today I turned up for my flu jab service appointment, booked online, confirmation, no emails or texts to say it had been cancelled, I got there and they had no record of my booking, said there was nothing they could do, no apology, nothing, so I was sent away. The service is absolutely appalling, I am so angry.
