I had a private flu vaccination booked today for 12.20pm at Barnet. When I arrived, I was told that no one is competent to administer vaccinations today, and all customers booked should’ve received a cancellation email. I hadn’t, only an appointment reminder yesterday. There’s no manager on site until after 4pm to close the store. Nobody knew her surname. Surely everyone should know their manager’s name?!I will definitely now try to get refunded and seek a reliable independent high street pharmacy to provide my vaccination - poor show Boots.
