Clunky device, bad refund process

Bought a Boox Tab C through the EU store. Even though the are required to accept returns within 14 days (and claim an even longer return window), the then charge restocking fees and postage. The return process itself took weeks to complete.The tablet looked and acted like something that would have been revolutionary fifteen years ago. I was so looking forward to it, but the processor is slow and the interface looks antiquated. It was like watching a former favorite TV show on an old VHS tape. I understand why I was hoping for a good time, but it does not happen.Neither the device nor the company can be recommended. Two stars only b/c after several weeks the finally refunded at least most of my money.
