This has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable online shopping experiences I've ever encountered. I paid for my order in full, yet the parcel—marked as 'delivered' on 11 November—never arrived. I submitted a sworn statement on 14 November, but since then, the communication from the service has been painfully slow, unclear, and completely unhelpful. Instead of properly investigating or providing any real solution, the service merely forwarded a document from the delivery company showing an unfamiliar signature and a name I do not recognize at all. I have no idea who this person is. The fact that my package was handed over to a complete stranger without proper verification is unacceptable and highlights a significant failure in the delivery process. Almost two weeks have passed with no progress, no transparency, and absolutely no accountability. To make matters worse, there has been no response to any of my emails since Monday. Multiple messages have been ignored. The customer support has provided nothing but repetitive questions, vague answers, and no path toward resolution. Under consumer law, I am entitled to receive the goods I paid for—or be refunded when delivery fails. The service has done neither. I have now contacted my credit card issuer to initiate a chargeback, and I am prepared to escalate the issue if necessary. At this point, I cannot recommend this service to anyone. This entire experience has been beyond disappointing—it has been unprofessional, infuriating, and utterly unacceptable. I advise avoiding this company at all costs.
