Disappointed with Priority Packing Service

I opted for priority packing expecting a quick dispatch, but the order has been “just packed” for three business days, while shipment was supposed to occur within 24 hours. I suggest avoiding priority packing as it feels misleading. If you seek clarification on shipping, you end up in an endless loop with a bot, which is quite frustrating. Typically, it should take 4-5 days to receive a parcel, and while I anticipated some delays due to the holiday season, I did not expect it to take weeks. I'm disappointed with the shipment handling.

Missing Items and Poor Customer Support

I ordered several items, but two perfumes were missing from my package. The packaging was intact and clearly not tampered with, indicating an error during packing. I contacted customer support, and they promised to investigate but never followed up. Instead, I received an email inquiring if I had received the items, which I hadn’t, since they were meant for a pickup point. Upon reaching out again, I was told they would not issue a refund and suggested I report the incident to the police or the delivery service, which is absurd since the package was unopened. I'm still attempting to reach a more understanding representative, but it's proving to be quite difficult. UPDATE: They have now offered to cover the delivery costs and price difference if I repurchase the items. This is absurd; I already paid for them, and they were never sent to me. Repurchasing is not a viable solution.

An incredibly frustrating online shopping experience

This has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable online shopping experiences I've ever encountered. I paid for my order in full, yet the parcel—marked as 'delivered' on 11 November—never arrived. I submitted a sworn statement on 14 November, but since then, the communication from the service has been painfully slow, unclear, and completely unhelpful. Instead of properly investigating or providing any real solution, the service merely forwarded a document from the delivery company showing an unfamiliar signature and a name I do not recognize at all. I have no idea who this person is. The fact that my package was handed over to a complete stranger without proper verification is unacceptable and highlights a significant failure in the delivery process. Almost two weeks have passed with no progress, no transparency, and absolutely no accountability. To make matters worse, there has been no response to any of my emails since Monday. Multiple messages have been ignored. The customer support has provided nothing but repetitive questions, vague answers, and no path toward resolution. Under consumer law, I am entitled to receive the goods I paid for—or be refunded when delivery fails. The service has done neither. I have now contacted my credit card issuer to initiate a chargeback, and I am prepared to escalate the issue if necessary. At this point, I cannot recommend this service to anyone. This entire experience has been beyond disappointing—it has been unprofessional, infuriating, and utterly unacceptable. I advise avoiding this company at all costs.
