I ordered several items, but two perfumes were missing from my package. The packaging was intact and clearly not tampered with, indicating an error during packing. I contacted customer support, and they promised to investigate but never followed up. Instead, I received an email inquiring if I had received the items, which I hadn’t, since they were meant for a pickup point. Upon reaching out again, I was told they would not issue a refund and suggested I report the incident to the police or the delivery service, which is absurd since the package was unopened. I'm still attempting to reach a more understanding representative, but it's proving to be quite difficult. UPDATE: They have now offered to cover the delivery costs and price difference if I repurchase the items. This is absurd; I already paid for them, and they were never sent to me. Repurchasing is not a viable solution.
