I've ordered quite often from them leaving me relatively happy with the experience. Returning and getting my money back has not been an issue until my latest order which was returned on the 24th of February and I have yet to get my money back and quite frankly after speaking to a service agent I'm not expecting any refund so I can say this is a fraudulent company that should be avoided!
