I ordered a dress on December 1st for an event on the 6th, but it hasn’t even been shipped yet. It’s absurd. The website stated 1-2 days for delivery. I understand it’s the holiday season, but this is unacceptable. I don’t even need the package anymore since the event is tomorrow. Now I have to figure out returns. Poor service. A disclaimer about busy seasons would be helpful.
