This Boozt outlet site has good products with good prices and offers. I had a problem with delivery (pkg stuck at terminal, not their fault) and they responded quickly, looked into the matter, offered a nice little gift card for my next order, and my package was then delivered next day. Will order from them again.
The lamp arrived in terrible condition. The wires were frayed, the thread and mounting ring were broken, and parts were missing, making it impossible to even connect. The lampshade was scratched. The whole thing was sloppily packaged, taped with various types of tape, including insulating tape. It was clearly not the first time the lamp had been returned, and no one in the store even checked its condition or repackaged it. I waited over two weeks for a response. It included a link to resubmit a complaint from scratch, informing me that the return period had expired. Alternatively, they could refund me half the value, which is about 45 euros, and I'd have to repair it myself. They also have a very long refund deadline – the entire complaint process will take at least two months, if I don't have to go to the police. So they're trying to sell you crap, hoping you won't bother with their procedures. They present themselves as an outlet store from Sweden, but they ship from a warehouse in the Netherlands, like most dropshipping stores.
The marketing approach feels a bit aggressive, shipping costs have increased, and the size chart isn't consistently reliable. The material filtering needs improvement; selecting cotton sometimes includes synthetics due to mixed materials. It would be great to see a wider selection, including perfumes, cosmetics, and more. Other than that, everything is satisfactory.
This service is untrustworthy. I recommend not placing any orders! They will not deliver your product and will take your money. I regret not researching the reviews beforehand. The positive feedback seems to be fabricated. Don't fall victim to this scam!
I ordered a dress on December 1st for an event on the 6th, but it hasn’t even been shipped yet. It’s absurd. The website stated 1-2 days for delivery. I understand it’s the holiday season, but this is unacceptable. I don’t even need the package anymore since the event is tomorrow. Now I have to figure out returns. Poor service. A disclaimer about busy seasons would be helpful.
This service is untrustworthy! The return fee is excessive (EUR 6.99), and they don’t refund purchases. They received my return almost two weeks ago and haven’t even acknowledged it. Customer service is nonexistent; nobody responds to my emails, and they’re unreachable by phone. If anything goes wrong, it feels like a scam. I suggest purchasing from more reliable retailers instead.
