This service is untrustworthy! The return fee is excessive (EUR 6.99), and they don’t refund purchases. They received my return almost two weeks ago and haven’t even acknowledged it. Customer service is nonexistent; nobody responds to my emails, and they’re unreachable by phone. If anything goes wrong, it feels like a scam. I suggest purchasing from more reliable retailers instead.
