The lamp arrived in terrible condition. The wires were frayed, the thread and mounting ring were broken, and parts were missing, making it impossible to even connect. The lampshade was scratched. The whole thing was sloppily packaged, taped with various types of tape, including insulating tape. It was clearly not the first time the lamp had been returned, and no one in the store even checked its condition or repackaged it. I waited over two weeks for a response. It included a link to resubmit a complaint from scratch, informing me that the return period had expired. Alternatively, they could refund me half the value, which is about 45 euros, and I'd have to repair it myself. They also have a very long refund deadline – the entire complaint process will take at least two months, if I don't have to go to the police. So they're trying to sell you crap, hoping you won't bother with their procedures. They present themselves as an outlet store from Sweden, but they ship from a warehouse in the Netherlands, like most dropshipping stores.
