The courier's fault made me wait. They should terminate the courier worker who sent my 8 kg package to a collection point with limited car access. They didn't even attempt to ring the bell. This happened in August, and I have already requested them to contact the courier to expedite the shipment back to the sender. It's been two months already. If they valued customers spending over 200€, they should address the courier's behavior. They should reship another order instead of leaving customers in limbo. I have already paid, and I asked them to contact the carrier to speed things up, but received a generic response. This isn't how it should work!
