If I could give 0 I wpuld! I order items velue 127euro. After 5 days boozyshop is sending me email that my address is not valid mind you this was my third order with them and all the other times everything was ok with my address. I sent numerous emails no reply and no money back of course. Customer service 0! This is not how you go about problems.

I've ordered more than 10 times and have always been very satisfied. The orders arrive the next business day, and I've never faced issues with payments. The products are of good quality, and they frequently have excellent deals. I'll continue purchasing my makeup and skincare from them.
The courier's fault made me wait. They should terminate the courier worker who sent my 8 kg package to a collection point with limited car access. They didn't even attempt to ring the bell. This happened in August, and I have already requested them to contact the courier to expedite the shipment back to the sender. It's been two months already. If they valued customers spending over 200€, they should address the courier's behavior. They should reship another order instead of leaving customers in limbo. I have already paid, and I asked them to contact the carrier to speed things up, but received a generic response. This isn't how it should work!

I ordered a moisturizer and received a different one that caused irritation. When I contacted them, they insisted I return the incorrect product first before discussing a solution. This raised a red flag for me, as a refund should be straightforward. I refused to send anything back until a clear resolution was provided. Their responses were condescending, and they acted as if they had always intended to offer a refund, which was not communicated until later. They provided a link that redirected me and logged me out of my account. They claimed the products needed to be 'well packaged' without explaining what that meant. My frustration grew as they repeatedly stated they didn't have the correct product, yet the product page remained online as 'in stock.' This suggests they are offering items they don't actually possess. After all my efforts, I finally received a refund, but I will never shop here again due to their frustrating customer service.
