Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and theft.They lost my order, promised me a refund, yet 1 month, and many many emails later, I’m still having to fight to get my refund of over £300. They ignore almost every email and the ones they actually reply to, are the most unhelpful. Either sending a formatted response to which doesn’t answer anything I’ve said or just resend the previous email.Would stay well clear.
