I have been waiting days to receive my withdrawal. I have called even used the chat and they keep telling me they need to validate it is me. I sent my drivers license then they said they wanted a picture of me with my id.I have played on many gaming sites and never had any issues. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received especially when I really enjoyed playing the games.I am very nervous about playing now worried they won’t payout in the 24 hours they post.I hope whoever oversees the service does something to make it better for the customers.
