I would rate it under one it’s the worst casino I recently visited a local casino and had an extremely unpleasant experience due to an obnoxious pit boss. From the moment I approached the table, the pit boss's demeanor was unwelcoming and unprofessional. He displayed a condescending attitude towards both the staff and the players, frequently interrupting the game with rude comments and unnecessary criticisms.Throughout the evening, his behavior only worsened. He seemed to enjoy belittling players for their mistakes and made sarcastic remarks that created an uncomfortable atmosphere. This type of conduct is completely unacceptable, especially in a setting where customers expect to enjoy themselves.Additionally, his aggressive tone and dismissive nature made it difficult to ask for assistance or clarification on game rules.
