Customer service with borgata pa is horrendous. You can never get anyone on the phone, online chat resolves nothing, never get a response to emails and ever since my original host resigned 6 months ago, I’ve had a new host that has responded to one lone email. I have thousands of dollars stuck in purgatory as I’m getting an error message when trying to withdraw and nobody to help me resolve this issue. Never a problem depositing funds though! Ironically, this started after I hit for $100K last week. They’re literally trying to steal money back now.
