I haven’t played on Borgata in months. Received email that I received a $500 bonus to get back into my account. I log in and claim bonus, but when I try to play I receive error message saying “account restricted contact customer service”. I sent my identification in case that was the issue. It wasn’t. Since then I have had a minimum of 20 emails - some say check in 24, 48 or 72 hours so “relevant team” can review. Some say my account has been released, thank you for your patience and it isn’t released. Some say 7 business days for review. Some say clear cache and cookies etc. as of now it’s been almost 7 days with no access to the account. They will not transfer me to supervisor, they refuse. The bonus they offered expires soon. I have no idea why they even contacted me. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. PLEASE gamble elsewhere.
