I’ve done the free online course, and cautiously started investing just over 2 years ago now. At the time Holly had all her own pension in Vanguard 100% so I started with that. I used up my ISA allowances, and have just set up my nieces and nephew with LISAs to give them financial goals and expertise. Ps and being in your 70’s doesn’t mean you have to be cautious as has been the perceived wisdom, go for it! Follow the basics, spread your risk geographically and by sector. And have fun! It’s so interesting delving in to a whole new world!
