I received my order and it was incredibly poor quality and damaged. It is covered in dirt, threads hanging off all over, pulled threads and the wings that are appliquéd on the back of the kimono are loose. It is very poor quality and cheap material - yet I paid £109 plus shipping! I got one response saying I’m entitled to an exchange or store credit, but given that the item is faulty and dirty I should be entitled to a refund! What use is store credit when the items are clearly not as advertised and NOT worth anywhere near what they charge for them.I’ve sent photographs of the damage and am yet to receive a reply. I will not let this drop as it’s a considerable amount of money to lose.
