I´ve ordered an outfit for 3 weeks now. First they contacted me to inform me that the body was out of stock even if they took the payment so I asked for a refund and now nobody answer.

The dress quality is extremely poor for the extortionate price Born in Stockholm charged.I thought paying premium would result in high quality, but the sequins are not even sewn on, they are glued and fall off extremely easily. The fabric for the dress itself is very low quality, something you would expect from Shein or Temu for an item you pad £10 from. You can’t return the items unless you pay more extortionate shipping costs. Stay away!
I have purchased from this store several times because of its creativity. For what these pieces cost, I should not need multiple trips to a tailor just to make them wearable. On my first order, the stitching was already coming undone on one of the skirts. On my second order, the mirror-futuristic jumpsuit began falling apart after only one night. The sizing is also inconsistent. Even when I follow the size guide, I still need alterations. I have spent over $100 on EACH order on tailoring alone. I do like the designs, but for handmade, high-priced pieces, I expected much better durability and construction.
