The dress arrived in plastic bag and it is very frigile dress,the sequins just was glued and of course it didn't survive intentionall shipping and arrived badly damaged with many of sequins fallen off. Costumer services said it never happened before that dress arrived damaged😄Really?look at all those bad rewies!You should at least use shipping box.Poor communication, no return shipping label,no refund. Had to open claim with my bank..
