I've never encountered such poor customer service. I ordered two pairs of shoes, one for me and one for my spouse. After trying mine on for about 30 minutes at home, I felt discomfort around my ankle. When I requested a return, the company refused because I had worn them. They later agreed to a return but required extensive photos. They offered store credit, but only for both pairs, even though my spouse's pair was never worn. I'm out $282 and have tried multiple times to resolve this without success. It's absurd that a shoe company penalizes customers for trying on their products. I can't recommend this company; there are better options available.
