I am still waiting for my order and have yet to receive any communication from customer service. The shipping fees are outrageous, and they add an additional charge for “order protection” on top of that for an order that might never arrive. After reading other reviews, we are considering canceling and accepting the loss of those shipping fees since the product reviews are equally disappointing. Avoid the stress and frustration!

I had high hopes when I ordered these, but they are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever owned. They fit small and pinch my toes. There's no arch support whatsoever. The tongue is short and hard, irritating my ankles. Based on what I've heard about others' experiences with customer service, I feel stuck with them. Lesson learned.
I've never encountered such poor customer service. I ordered two pairs of shoes, one for me and one for my spouse. After trying mine on for about 30 minutes at home, I felt discomfort around my ankle. When I requested a return, the company refused because I had worn them. They later agreed to a return but required extensive photos. They offered store credit, but only for both pairs, even though my spouse's pair was never worn. I'm out $282 and have tried multiple times to resolve this without success. It's absurd that a shoe company penalizes customers for trying on their products. I can't recommend this company; there are better options available.
I suspect they were made overseas. The shoes didn't match their appearance in the advertising. They looked like leather or suede, but turned out to be unattractive plastic. I'm quite let down with the quality of domestic products, especially at such a high price. I spent around $150 for a pair of plastic shoes. I decided to keep them, as I'll just use them for work, not for exercise.
