I'm very disappointed with my recent experience and feel the need to caution others about several issues: The website advertised shipping for $5, but I was charged $8 without explanation. Customer service claimed it depended on weight and destination, yet the site was later updated to say $8. Delivery took 10 days instead of the promised 3-6 days. Additionally, I found unauthorized charges for 'Order Protection' that I never agreed to. I've sent multiple emails about these issues and received no response. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. With misleading advertising, hidden fees, and terrible customer service, I can't recommend this company. There are many honest retailers out there.
