If you've ever wished to experience returning an item like it was 1998, look no further. My order arrived without issues—no complaints there. However, the nightmare began when I attempted to return an item. First, the hunt: there's no returns link near your order details. After navigating the website, I finally found a link that led to another page where I had to search again. After reading most of that page, I found out I needed to email them to request a return. They replied—progress! But still, no returns link. Instead, I was told I could return my items for a fee or visit a physical store. Then I had to reply to confirm my preferred return method and await another email. Eventually, a payment link appeared. I paid my fee and was informed it would take up to 24 hours for the return label to arrive. The awaited email arrived with a broken link. I had to email again to report it. Ultimately, I must commend the company for creating the most convoluted and exhausting returns process imaginable. My advice? Shop literally anywhere else.
