The mill did not grind salt as expected. After returning it, I was shown a video demonstrating that it works. However, when it was sent back to me, it still failed to function properly, even with the right type of salt. I won't purchase this again.
I visited a kitchen store today with my wife to look for new knives to replace an old set that was past its prime. We were assisted by a knowledgeable representative who took the time to explain the various options from Germany and Japan, and even let us try the knives on real food to gauge their performance. We left with three new knives. What an impressive kitchen store! It was refreshing to be helped by someone so passionate and skilled in their trade. The customer experience here was far superior to what you'd find in a typical retailer - I highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic evening and were well taken care of from start to finish! The chef truly made the class enjoyable, showcasing her skills, knowledge of cuisine, and sharing numerous tips. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was delightful, and it was a wholesome experience. Would highly recommend!
If you've ever wished to experience returning an item like it was 1998, look no further. My order arrived without issues—no complaints there. However, the nightmare began when I attempted to return an item. First, the hunt: there's no returns link near your order details. After navigating the website, I finally found a link that led to another page where I had to search again. After reading most of that page, I found out I needed to email them to request a return. They replied—progress! But still, no returns link. Instead, I was told I could return my items for a fee or visit a physical store. Then I had to reply to confirm my preferred return method and await another email. Eventually, a payment link appeared. I paid my fee and was informed it would take up to 24 hours for the return label to arrive. The awaited email arrived with a broken link. I had to email again to report it. Ultimately, I must commend the company for creating the most convoluted and exhausting returns process imaginable. My advice? Shop literally anywhere else.
