I strongly advise against shopping at this store. I placed an order for a knife sharpener for nearly £400, but it never arrived. After reaching out to them, I requested either immediate delivery or a refund. The store shifted the blame to an external delivery service, claiming they had no control over the situation. I am extremely disappointed with the store's response. I absolutely do not recommend making purchases here.
