LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE & TASTE

I replaced Berkey Filters with BOROUX. installed ran water through over 6 times, metallic taste. I called customer service, they argued and then replaced filters.WENT THROUGH SAME PROCESS primed etc ran water through filters 6+ times same metallic taste. Did not have this problem with Berkey filters, water tasted great. called CS very irritating female argued, SAID it was my water. I had same water with Berkey, no metallic taste. VERY rude, interrupted and argued BUT finally refunded. Pro one filters are ceramic, include Floride filtration NSA approved and only $5 more.
