The whole process of assessment, scheduling and then carrying out the work was handled quickly, efficiently and with excellent attention to detail and sensitivity as to the inevitable turmoil that comes with major house improvements. In particular, Dave and Callum, who were at the house all week and had to work around the other teams who came in on odd days, were very hard working (no breaks at all that I saw!) as well as very skilled professionals (plastering and woodwork finishing to a very high standard, Dave going out his way to match the of skirting boards for instance), and above all were cheerful and good company through the week. The loft and hollow wall insulation team were very efficient as well, explaining everything and they fitted a boarded area in the loft for storage without being asked. Finally, the boiler installers also did a very efficient and neat job, again in a friendly manner with good communication and sensitivity.
