A very competent and helpful engineer to fix the fault on the dishwasher (5 star). Unfortunately we thought we had a 5 year cover, we only had a two year cover. Such a mechanical error just shouldn’t happen with what is supposed to be a quality machine from a quality supplier and the cost of the repair was very high (1 star)
