so ive purchased from them before and had a half decent experience, this time round it was a complete nightmare, the courier somehow lost the package from the van right at the end of the delivery window, the courier has escilated the issue twice now. bosch live chat rep told me they cant contact the courier for data saftey reasons, after writing my review on trust pilot i magically got an email from bosch customer support saying they were in contact with yodel, so now im getting mixed information.. its now past the person's birthday who the present was for, i wouldnt mind as much but i had a good 7 day delivery slot before there birthday and it was on a next day.. once it goes missing though you cant cancel the order untill you refuse delivery, they cant send you another one out incase the first one turns up.. i would honest suggest you dont buy direct from bosch, if you cant bring your self to buy a toshiba and you really have your have heart set on a bosch appliance check if currys or AO or anybody else have it in stock and buy from them rather than going direct.
