My washing machine stopped spinning. It was still under guarantee so I called Bosch. The lady on the phone was very helpful and booked me an appointment. I received regular updates as to when the engineer would arrive and he was bang on time. Very professional, fixed my machine and was very helpful and polite and gave me some tips which I have found helpful. I would highly recommend.
