Disappointing experience with earbuds

I bought the earbuds for $249.99 a little over a year ago. I take great care with such an investment. I've used them around 10 times, and the right earbud failed. After contacting customer support, I was advised to perform a hard reset, which rendered the product inoperable. I spoke with three different representatives, and the first two hung up during our conversation. The third offered to order a new set with a $50 discount if I returned the faulty ones. After explaining my disappointment, they showed little concern for my experience. I'm dissatisfied with the product and the lack of quality I expected. If you're considering these, think twice; their customer service is lacking. Be cautious as well—another brand is connected to them.
