4 months ago … the sound bar has been in the shop for a month , and it still doesn’t work ! I was told it was in the settings , so still having trouble I called the help centre 1.58 minutes still not working… they suggested I call a regular service centre … the retailer gave me the finger ( JB hifi )
and told me to call Bose … so where is my consumer protection …. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought the product

We were walking around a mall in Dubai and walked into the Bose shop and was met by a really nice assistant called Carroll Clive. I explained that I own a set of Bose earbuds the set before the Ultra ones on display and Carroll explained how much better the latest ones are.
I looked at the price and he explained we could claim ‘duty free’ at the airport.
I said I’d think about it and compared the UK price vs Dubai price.
I then looked at the soundbar on display and Carroll gave us a demonstration and it was fantastic with the curtains around our area.
I then decided to purchase the Ultra earbuds, Carroll did the duty free paperwork and we left the store.
I just want to say that Carroll was a delightful man and a great ambassador for the company.

They don't even deserve one star. I am very very disappointed in their way of communication. I had ordered an aviation headset on their website. I placed this order on a friday and it should have arrived on the next wednesday. When wednesday came closer they sent me a messaging that it would be delayed. It wasnt even sent yet. Now it would arrive on friday. I had contact with them because i was concerned the order wouldnt make it in time. I would be leaving for europe the sunday after. They assured me that it would be in time. But ofcorse it was not. UPS was delayed too! I will never place an order on this website again and will never use their products either. Apparently they are not capable of doing as they say. Why would you lie about a delivery date in the first place?

Very disappointed with the durability of these earbuds.

I’m very disappointed with these earbuds. They only come with a 90-day warranty, and after just one year of normal use, the casing broke apart. For a product that costs around $400, I expected much better durability. It honestly seems like they might use low-quality materials, as a premium item shouldn’t fall apart like this. Given the price, one would expect the company to support their product for more than 90 days. Instead, I’m left with broken earbuds that are essentially unusable. I cannot recommend this product at all. It is definitely not worth spending $400 each year.

I highly recommend steering clear of this brand. Opt for a competitor that provides reliable products. I invested significantly in their items, only to receive two defective products right from the start. Their solution was for me to return the items for repair, with no option for a refund or replacement, leaving me without a working product. Spare yourself the trouble and choose a more trustworthy audio manufacturer.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Opt for a competitor that produces reliable products. I invested $2,000 in their items and received two defective products (brand new). Their resolution? The consumer must send the items back for repair, with no refund or replacement offered. I'm left without a product and out of pocket due to this "company policy." Save your time, money, and energy by choosing a more reputable audio manufacturer.

A shadow of its former self

Recall the Lifestyle systems, jewel cubes, and the iconic stereo speakers that still fetch high prices secondhand. This company was once a pioneer for audio enthusiasts, offering unique, visually appealing systems that worked seamlessly. Now, their website showcases a mere shadow of its former glory, featuring uninspired soundbars. The 'smart' speakers they sold until 2020 will soon become obsolete, as support will end in 2026. I don’t understand why they designed it this way, needing server access for local playback. They are truly undermining their legacy, and it saddens me. I cherished my home cinema set and appreciated the design of their last system. Please return to your roots: creating beautiful, compact sound systems that last decades.

Disappointing experience with earbuds

I bought the earbuds for $249.99 a little over a year ago. I take great care with such an investment. I've used them around 10 times, and the right earbud failed. After contacting customer support, I was advised to perform a hard reset, which rendered the product inoperable. I spoke with three different representatives, and the first two hung up during our conversation. The third offered to order a new set with a $50 discount if I returned the faulty ones. After explaining my disappointment, they showed little concern for my experience. I'm dissatisfied with the product and the lack of quality I expected. If you're considering these, think twice; their customer service is lacking. Be cautious as well—another brand is connected to them.

Extremely frustrating experience

Always check reviews before purchasing—unfortunately, I didn’t. I encountered an issue with my order and called for assistance on November 13. They said they would look into it but required me to call back. When I did, I was told to follow up in a few days. After multiple chats with their agents, none had any record of previous discussions or investigations. This is my fifth chat, and they still have no idea what's going on. A truly frustrating experience.
