I have two Bose 500 speakers. I'm away from home for a month, on my return Alexa isn't working on either speaker. Despite spending a huge amount of hours and following all the advice re rebooting router, unplugging speakers and factory resets, I have Alexa running but will not respond to requests. Bose 500 with Alexa are the most difficult complex and stupid speakers ever put on the market by Bose. I ring support and the lady in the US looses my call. A desperately poor product,at a high cost base that doesn't do what it advertises to do.
