Ongoing Issues with Timely Dispatch

I am facing the same problem yet again. They are not dispatching my glucose monitoring patch on time. I need the new patch by Saturday morning, but they refuse to send it out before Friday for delivery on Saturday. There’s no way it will arrive by 9 am on Saturday. The response from the support team was to use finger pricking blood tests instead. Do they even realize how unpleasant this is? It would have been straightforward to dispatch it on Wednesday or even Tuesday to ensure it arrived on time. They cite insurance constraints but these monitors only last two weeks and need to be replaced regularly. I’m not placing orders every week for resale. This is completely unacceptable, and their customer service is extremely poor, warranting another low rating. This is not the first time I have dealt with this issue. I pay my health insurance to receive these monitors and use them as prescribed, nothing more. They only add unnecessary stress to managing diabetes.
