Once again, I'm encountering the same issue. They are not sending my glucose monitoring patch on time. I need the new patch by Saturday morning, but they refused to dispatch it before Friday for Saturday delivery. There's no chance it will arrive by 9 am on Saturday. The response from the representative was to use finger pricking blood tests instead. Do they understand how unpleasant this is? It would have been simple to send it out on Wednesday or even Tuesday to ensure timely arrival. They mention insurance limitations, but these monitors only last two weeks and need replacing regularly. I'm not ordering them every week for resale. This is utterly unacceptable, and the customer service is incredibly poor, deserving of a low rating once again. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue. I pay for my health insurance to receive these monitors and use them as directed, nothing more. They only add to the stress of managing diabetes for no good reason.
