I placed an order for a watch case on December 1st. The website showed that the item was in stock and would ship within 24 to 48 hours. Now, three weeks later, it still hasn't been shipped. I've contacted them several times, but the only response I get is that it will ship in the next few days. It feels like a generic response to keep customers waiting. I understand they might be busy, but it would be better to communicate that it could take weeks instead of repeatedly saying just a few more days. Honestly, this situation feels unjust. I'm very disappointed.
