Review Time
I had high hopes for the watch roll and eagerly anticipated its arrival. However, production took five weeks, which was longer than promised. When it finally arrived, the stitching was uneven and crooked, and there were scuff marks. Given the price, this is quite disappointing.
As a returning customer, I was excited to take advantage of a special offer I received in November to purchase products before a sale. I made my order on November 20th, 2025, expecting delivery within 6 to 8 business days. Now, on January 2nd, I am still waiting for my order. I've reached out to customer support multiple times and was consistently told that my order was in its final stages and would ship the following week, which turned out to be untrue. To make matters worse, after placing my order, I received additional offers for products with similar or quicker delivery promises. The company offers support via WhatsApp, and I sent a message on December 20th but have yet to receive a reply. While the products themselves are good, the post-purchase service is extremely lacking. My trust in this company has completely diminished. I understand they may have received more orders than anticipated, but the lack of communication and continued sales without fulfilling existing orders is unacceptable. After not hearing back, I have disputed the charge with my credit card provider.

Without a doubt, the most luxurious watch boxes in this price range that I’ve encountered. I would highly recommend it. Outstanding customer service, with quick responses and helpful assistance (especially from a representative who made my buying experience wonderful). I purchased the 6 watch case in saffiano leather and cannot recommend it highly enough! Fantastic quality, excellent customer service - definitely worth shopping here.
The customer service is outstanding. I ordered the wrong item but requested an exchange, and they handled it immediately. I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of both the service and the product. Looking forward to purchasing more watch cases from them.
