I placed an order for a watch case on December 1st. The website indicated that the item was in stock and would ship within 24 to 48 hours. Now, three weeks have passed and it has yet to be shipped. I've reached out multiple times, but the only response I've received is that it will ship in a few days. It seems like a standard reply to keep customers waiting. I understand they may be busy, but it would be more honest to say it could take weeks instead of promising a few more days repeatedly. Honestly, this situation feels unfair. I'm very disappointed.
