As a returning customer, I was excited to take advantage of a special offer I received in November to purchase products before a sale. I made my order on November 20th, 2025, expecting delivery within 6 to 8 business days. Now, on January 2nd, I am still waiting for my order. I've reached out to customer support multiple times and was consistently told that my order was in its final stages and would ship the following week, which turned out to be untrue. To make matters worse, after placing my order, I received additional offers for products with similar or quicker delivery promises. The company offers support via WhatsApp, and I sent a message on December 20th but have yet to receive a reply. While the products themselves are good, the post-purchase service is extremely lacking. My trust in this company has completely diminished. I understand they may have received more orders than anticipated, but the lack of communication and continued sales without fulfilling existing orders is unacceptable. After not hearing back, I have disputed the charge with my credit card provider.
