The company gave the impression this is a US laser. It is really a Chinese laser with all Chinese parts, shipped to the US and then assembled. There are only two traveling service techs so if you need on-site assistance (which often happens) there will be a delay. Two of my clients had serious trouble getting Boss to honor their warranty too. There is a reason their lasers are so inexpensive.
