The company gave the impression this is a US laser. It is really a Chinese laser with all Chinese parts, shipped to the US and then assembled. There are only two traveling service techs so if you need on-site assistance (which often happens) there will be a delay. Two of my clients had serious trouble getting Boss to honor their warranty too. There is a reason their lasers are so inexpensive.
I worked with John. It was a several day process and he was always who responded back to me. That saved a lot of time because I did not have to repeat what was going on. He walked me through several diagnostic steps and then through how to fine tune adjust my laser back to top preformance. I use my machine for VERY fine detailed work that requires absolute precision! It is back to perfect preformance!!! Great Tech responce, Bar None!ME
Boss Laser tech support is great, especially Robert, he has helped me several times now with my HP-5598 this particular time, I had a burnt wire leading to the Y axis step driver. Robert was patient and professional in point me in the right direction to get my machine back up and running!
