I worked with John. It was a several day process and he was always who responded back to me. That saved a lot of time because I did not have to repeat what was going on. He walked me through several diagnostic steps and then through how to fine tune adjust my laser back to top preformance. I use my machine for VERY fine detailed work that requires absolute precision!
