I have dealt with Boss Training since 2019. They are a good organisation to work with, and we have lots of our staff going through their courses. My experience working with Tom and Olivia is that they are always helpful, professional and will try to sort things out quickly.
We've been using Boss for a number of years now and have always found them to be professional and easy to work with. We've built a good working relationship with Phil, who is always friendly and efficient, bringing an appreciated personal touch to bookings that is lacking & sadly missed in online booking processes elsewhere. They've therefore been able to go that extra mile to find us required courses sometimes at extremely short notice.
I have dealt with Boss Training for over 7 years and have always been impressed with their services. Particularly Tom who I have built up a very good working relationship with. Always there at the end of the phone when needed. The team in the office (Phil, Leon,Olivia,and Stacy among others) are always professional, pleasant, and polite. always willing to go the extra mile to help out the customer. Big shoutout to Ben Technical manager, who is a very skilled and personable gentleman.I must also mention their team of Trainers who deliver excellent courses passing on their many years of experience and knowledge.
