My latest experience was good. The expert who helped me was quick to respond, which I liked. He also gave me good advice and suggestions. Quick response and good suggestions is important to me.
This service is definitely designed to get people to signup and then keep charging them a subscription, and never sending a single reminder , and the worst thing, they dont even show a order history in their portal so you never know how much they have been charging you. They charged me for 6 months and i just asked 1 question. What a scam!
The person I dealt with, did his best to correct our problem. When they got too much to handle, he made a great suggestion about where to go next and that resolved the issue. I would use these people again. They are very competent and easy to work with.
I received great assistance tonight and I’ve used this service in the past on a Sunday and he always had great doctors to help me in an urgent need when my dog ingested something. It’s very comforting to know that you can reach someone at this hour of the night. I highly recommend their service.
I come to the site based on an advertised £1 fee for a question. The advice I was given wasn't particularly useful, but it also wasn't terrible. The problem came when I was signed up to £32/month subscription, which was clearly communicated. I have searched my inbox and can't see ongoing communications about the subscription (eg a monthly renewal notice) and I only realised when I checked my bank account and saw 2 unexpected charges. I've cancelled, but I'm very annoyed at the unclear communication.
The attorney gives precise and directive responses. As a layman, with business acumen only, I needed direction of how to approach this situation. Legal Eagle has been excellent in his guidance.

This review to warn others about the recurring charges. The site advertised a small trial fee but immediately charged me a large, recurring monthly subscription fee without clear, upfront disclosure. It is misleading. They will not refund the charges.
I used JustAnswer to ask a question for a veterinarian. The response was polite, but I was disappointed to learn that the vets are not allowed to provide a diagnosis or prescribe medication. This limitation was not clearly explained in the subscription information before I signed up.
I understand there may be legal restrictions, but it would be helpful if this were stated more clearly upfront so customers know exactly what to expect. Transparency about what the service can and cannot provide would prevent confusion and frustration.
